5. Our service:

a. Printers are guaranteed for one year, from the date of sale, providing not damaged by the user.(do not contain the part of the E/pson printer and the double fares).

b. We do not accept sales return after you pour into the ink. You should consider it very well. If the machine has something problem, the travel fares are on us, if the problem is man-made by user, the travel fares are on the user.

c. Please operate the printer carefully based on the instructions and operating videos ( in the USB disk delivered with the printer). 

d. We provide after-sale service to help you use the printer online chat or remote.

If you purchase 1 set, it is better to ship by express to your details exact address.
